About Me

I have been working as a psychotherapeutic counsellor and supervisor for nine years and have a private practice in Aylsham, where I see both couples, individuals and supervisees. I am also a trained systemic constellation facilitator and offer monthly systemic constellation workshops in the town.

I am a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and enjoy regular supervision on the various aspects of my practice. I continue to expand and consolidate my skill set with regular ongoing training. My current particular interests are how systemic constellations might be applied to health issues and how supervision can be integrated as part of a spiritual practice.

Before becoming a talking therapist, I was an acupuncturist for many years which left me with a deep respect for the language of the body. Ten years ago I discovered the wonder of systemic constellations, a therapeutic approach that explores and addresses underlying dynamics within a family or system that might be contributing to personal or relational difficulties. As a way of working, for me it combines the best of talking therapy with a more embodied approach.
